Great video! Thanks for producing. What region of Spain is this? The road and scenery is amazing. I put 11,000 KMS on the m850 Cabrio for a vacation in 2019 from Munich to Bodo, Norway and back. Amazing ride. Love the car on the Autobahn. Missed the Autobahn last year because of covid-19. I have the M8 rented for 3 weeks in July if Germany opens up. Of course that is 17 less HP than the competition in the video. Can not wait to get back to Germany and get on the Autobahn and burn through 120 USD of Petro in one hour if there is low traffic and no construction and I can drive it with the hammer down and against the limiter!!! Zoom... zoom.... zoom

What a video, what a car. I've recently been looking at m6 comps. You can pick up stunning ones with hardly any miles for around 40k. I can't wait for these to deprecate by that much in say 3 to 4 years.
Coming back to this, don't know why, saw an 8 in a dealership I guess, although not necessarily the snazziest cabin, there's something holistic that almost feels modern-classic about it. It's just leather and plastic but to a uniformly high grade without a sense of bits stuck on for effect.

Though I follow Raz as well, being a 3 series driver, I always feel more connected to your reviews, being in the family of BMW drivers so to speak...ahh but to ever have a chance at an M car...stuff of dreams...once i get into the meat of my career, perhaps I can make that dream come through. Though I think I'm going to go for the i4 when it comes out. Kinda of sick of filling the gas and the money drain.

Looks like BMW has put a stop on the sale and recall of the M5, M8. As it may go into neutral whilst driving. This is because of the transmission wiring harness being damaged.

I picked up a 2018 M240i this morning. I have driven a Ferrari and Lambo (was an 'experience'), tanks, humvee's, trucks, buses, RH drive cars, and hell, even flown a plane. Yet, the M240i makes me go *pikachu face*... HOW CAN ONE HANDLE 600+ HP STOCK??
Haha Ryan, I have a 2015 m235i I still love, although probably in my last year with it, and it is an utter delight to drive. I often find myself having similar thoughts and also thinking "this is way more car than most people can or should drive responsibly"

He probably had the exhaust setting changed. In the US here with the exhaust on, the crackles are there

Yeah it's not cheap, but knowing BMW UK it will soon have £25-30K contributions etc, far more sporty than a Conti GT, but less comfortable of course

Why buy this over Z4? The only thing I can think of is the Z4 can't recline their seats.
