    Sir! You did a fantastic job putting this together. I liked and subscribed. Ive been training for nine months. You put together in under 15 minutes what it took me nine months of me consuming, purchasing, wasting money, and unnecessarily beating my body up to find out.     Kind of shocking how real this list is! When life gets tough and excuses pile up, little things like traffic to class or having an upset stomach can be the difference making it to class or not. Sad but true! 😅

    I would say that for me the greatest tool is to have a data gatherer mentality rather than a submit or scape at all cost mentality when rolling

    Really liked the video. Thank you for sharing. Im a year in and often get frustrated that I am not better faster. “Will I ever get it” or “am I just not good enough” often crosses my mind. Thanks for the reminder to let BJJ be slow and to enjoy the small victories. Appreciate it 🤙🤙

    I definitely love this video. The one about finding coaches that share your passionate or keep you hungry to learn. That's so damn important. Great video man. I recently stopped eating before training and I feel so much better. Even competed without eating that day and did great. Relatively speaking. Lol.

    Great video brother. Started bjj nearly two months ago and have been at it 4-6 times a week since. So addicting!
