FIDIC 99 red book have more problem itself so parties are changing some sort of provisions under the amendment contracts, let's say for example DAB clause in Dubai parties are taken out from the FIDIC 99 4th edition and many clauses are being silenced and shell not overrule the UAE articles exp: termination under the FIDIC. Many contractors are considering FIDIC 99 and 2017 drafted in the best interest of their clients, so please advise me on the early mitigation action to the mentioned clauses in relation to KSA law.

Given the complexities of international construction contracts and the need to align them with local laws and practices, it's not uncommon for parties to amend standard contract forms like FIDIC to better suit their specific circumstances.

Employer can not omit the work and if it damages the profit to the Contractor, it can be claimable as loss of profit + opportunity cost. Please advise me on what Saudi law articles provide contractor rights against FIDIC 99 clauses.

The comment that you provided seems to suggest that if an employer fails to provide work as per the contract, resulting in a loss of profit and opportunity cost for the contractor, the contractor may have the right to claim compensation for these losses. if this is your statement, yes this is a common principle in contract law, where if one party breaches the contract and causes damages to the other party, the injured party may be entitled to compensation.
Regarding Saudi law articles that provide contractor rights against FIDIC 99 clause, I will not interpret the law and it's essential to consult legal experts or resources familiar with Saudi Arabian contract law. However, generally speaking, many legal systems around the world have laws and regulations that protect contractors' rights in case of breaches or failures to perform by the employer
