Employer can not omit the work and if it damages the profit to the Contractor, it can be claimable as loss of profit + opportunity cost. Please advise me on what Saudi law articles provide contractor rights against FIDIC 99 clauses.

FIDIC 99 red book have more problem itself so parties are changing some sort of provisions under the amendment contracts, let's say for example DAB clause in Dubai parties are taken out from the FIDIC 99 4th edition and many clauses are being silenced and shell not overrule the UAE articles exp: termination under the FIDIC. Many contractors are considering FIDIC 99 and 2017 drafted in the best interest of their clients, so please advise me on the early mitigation action to the mentioned clauses in relation to KSA law.

What is the formula used for calculations of Head office overhead in case EOT claim valuations in a Project ? Note: EoT time related site expenses can be valued by the delayed time but Head office inputs to that particular project may be hard.
