Reintegration From Thru-Hiking Is Hard

Reintegration back into society from a long distance thru-hike takes time. There is stress, depression, anxiety, and more. Some things have been easy. Except water. Nothing here at home is as good as water from the trail. A fresh rain puddle will do in a pinch. LOL!
