@ManuelTorres-xb1ky I use the Google clock because it syncs across all my devices. It shouldn't block a third-party clock or alarm either way.

Nothing beats 1 plus 12 this year as an overall package especially pricing and battery.
Nothing is just hype and marketing. It doesn't match the OnePlus 12.

Absolutely love my OnePlus 12 I'm coming from iPhone 12 pro Max I started off with the Google Pixel 8 I didn't like it it heated up for no reason The battery would drain overnight for no reason and gaming on it was not good either so I gave that to my daughter bought me the OnePlus 12 it is the best phone I have ever owned in my life hands down it is a beast

My custom alarm song does not get saved for some reason always gets back on the default

I haven't heard any complaints and I hear the other person clearly, but I also have great reception in my area, so I don't usually have call quality issues.

how do you got 7hrs i barely get 6hrs with power saver on
Many things can affect the battery. The efficiency of an app's code like CZcams vs Tubi or even the level of reception can shorten the screen-on-time. That's why I stick to the same apps for all my tests, to help remove as many variables as possible. Otherwise, screen-on-time would not be a reliable measure of battery life.

How you coustmised lock screen like that.? Please explain
I didn't change much on the lock screen. The custom app shortcut is in Settings > Home Screen and Lock Screen > Lock screen shortcuts.
The fingerprint animation can be changed in Settings > Wallpapers & styles > fingerprint animation.
There is no problem with Google clock or alarm in my One Plus 12 and I haven't enabled the background process.
That's interesting because I'm 2 for 2 on that issue. There may be some difference in how we setup the alarm. I mostly leave it alone and have it set on a recurring basis Mon-Fri.
@@phoneux have you updated the device because it's oddly strange even I am a long time Google clock user never seen my alarms not ringing but I updated my device as soon I got it.

I would choose S24U purely based on OS and camera.

@iamearthbeing the accidental touch hasn't been an issue in my experience. As far as for screen protectors and durability, it's tougher to place glass protectors and I stick with the film style which provides less protection. And curved glass tends to be less durable, although I've never had an issue since all the way back with the galaxy s6.

How much time is your phone off the charger and what types of apps do you use? Screen-on-time can be affected by many variables.
I use the clock thats on One Plus.....simple solution
I got a OnePlus 12 and yesterday I was having problems with battery was draining way to fast
Sorry man but this is impossible which means your unit is faulty

And the battery is insane(8 and half hours sot)

You should always calibrate it more than once. First time you do it there is a huge chance that it wont be perfect.
Because it is a new phone and you need day or two to adjust how you hold it conveniently.
I'm torn between going back to an s21 ultra and the OnePlus 12. I hate my s23 ultra.
What do you dislike about the S23 Ultra?

Google clock rant Its kinda lame if you just use default clock it'll be fine 3rd party apps usually gets killed in the background overnight after entering doze on most androids
I'm glad it's not something that is affecting you, but it could potentially help someone else.
I haven't experienced this type of aggressive behavior on other brands. They usually wait for excessive background usage or no usage at all before changing the behavior.

No, nothing wrong with the native clock app. It's just that the Google clock app keeps my alarms intact when I log into a new phone, so it helps me reduce my setup time.
Do you experience battery drain during first few weeks of using oneplus 12? Because i felt like mine is draining quite fast, and i use it only for mostly whatsapp and ig
I haven't experienced that. Mine was efficient from when I unboxed it.
I've had mine for almost a month. Never had any problems,even after the recent update, I even felt the battery is better,lasts 21-22 hrs with 7-8 hrs and sometimes 9 hrs SOT, with still 20-30% left.

One thing i have noticed ,since the latest March update, every couple of days the fingerprint scanner stops working and I have to reboot the phone anyone else have this issue ??
