Your not alone, my headphone jack broke and is stuck in the headphone port
The slime to clean your keyboard actually works. I've tried it and it did a great job. It was even able to reach the space under the keys and picked up all the dust and debris that was hiding under them. Just don't leave the slime in the heat or else it will turn into liquid.
