Being away from a home base for weeks , dealing with weather , food , fuel issues and then suffering any sort of injury makes any adventure more difficult to continue. Strick and Fran you 2 do an amazing job persevering and keeping the cameras rolling. Hope the foot heals quickly and the weather gets better for you. Thanks for sharing again. Wonderful! One suggestion - I noticed pouring sunflower oil for frying - seed oils can be inflammatory to digestion so you're better off sticking to Fran's favorite olive oil which is very healthy for you👍. I sure hope that Strick's foot injury heals up well too! Great shot on the trout, Fran!

I don’t think you can “fry” potatoes in olive oil though? Isn’t the burn point too low for olive oil to do deep frying?
Might cost a bit more but Organic Coconut oil or organic Ghee (perfect for medium-high heat cooking up to 450 Fahrenheit). The best part about coconut oil is you can use it for body butter too. Great stuff & and it doesn’t harm you on a cellular level. Seed oils will do you in. Excellent videos!

Hi Strick and Fran, sorry about your cut foot. I suffered the same when I was walking on the sand of Woodah island North East of Groote Eylandt, Gulf, NT; I stepped onto a concealed Oyster shell sharp edge up, still attached to a base rock. I had a deep cut two centre melers long. This look months to heal properly. Big ouch, on my four month cruising tour.
I rewatched 13:46 a 100 times maybe 1000 and still couldn't see the fish you were pointing to .
"Every Episode" Fran and Strick has shown on video is a Blessing to see
I so appreciate being able to travel to these amazing places with you. I have seen so many incredible things on your trips.

Every time for the last 3 years I watchband wish my wife and I could be with you guys on one of these long adventures. I have great out doors skills but the worst case of Wimpie feet anyone could have. It would take some training to fix my baby but soft bottoms .

There is a marvelous invention that protects feet from punctures. I've seen lots of people wearing them. They're called "shooz" or "sandals". I think they're pretty new-fangled but it looks like they may catch on.
Couple of questions for upcomming boat tour -
• why don't you use an endless mooring when anchoring in tidal coastal croc country?
• beam of the boat? Have you considered stringing some cross beam nets (tight hammocks) for sleeping bunks?
• why don't you carry a 12VDC fridge.....plenty of room on board
