This job, there are trucks bringing concrete in and it is too far for the main excavator to reach. Don't want to stop loading the crusher to go get it with one excavator.

Not much. Maybe 200tph. The concrete is not processed and had a lot of sorting to do.

Screen is metso 3.5 and crusher is a terex cobratrack 1300. Cedar rapids impactor on it.

@@dirtdoctor2176 Does it not have a dust suppression system? Something set up to spray water to keep the dust down. I guess finding a continuous supply of water could be difficult in some places though.

This is a video how not to do it! ....... The construction company needs to shape up- so many things WRONG here.....no dust suppression , no banksmen, no segregation, accident waiting to happen.....enjoy your lungs 🫁 they will be knackered soon from all that dust...

Banksmen? Maybe in old people days. If you get out of the machine you are fired. This is remote operated from the excavator. No one on the ground while it's running.
