You know what I would love to see someone build? A desk similar to this but with one BIG difference. It being airtight where the motherboard sits and have the rads built in between the table legs on one side. This would be very interesting for folks like me who live on the coast and have to deal with very high humidity and salty air. Having as little of the expensive, corrosion prone components exposed to the air would be a mayor benefit.
I am wondering about more info on your front panel parts (were to get) and also rear panel. I want my MB inside the desk more so any idea on extensions or other options.
Did i see that correctly, most of the cables coming haphazardly out of the drawer door 2:33 . I would have thought everything have a planned path with cutout after all that design work.
It’s more so a design challenge, as it would be significantly different to manufacture. I should have been more clear though - It’s not off the table, it just wont be available at launch.
What type of metal sheets did you use for the desk, this is dope, I live in Mexico and it's impossible to buy something like this here, I wanna try and build one myself, it's awesome, I loved it, but I'm only curious about what materials and thickness the top and bottom plate are, also the legs
I'm in the process of building my own desk pc, any tips for cooling? I've never dealt with water coolers in general and unsure how much airflow i will still need for parts? Also any tips for cable management (im pretty set on going for sit stand legs), Clean build btw if mine turns out 50% as nice I will be stoked lol
That's a cool concept, but in practice it's a LOT of lights in your face constantly and would most definitely give me a headache. Not to mention that my mousepad would cover a lot of that anyways. I still love it though!
What about getting a sponsorship with PC way to get this thing launched? Also you could get it fabricated fresh and sell it directly to the customer without storing it in your own inventory. Amzon FBA style, if you know what I mean. This would also alow to sell it to the EU alot easier, espically when you build in Paypal so we can pay you in Euro.
There is, but it's restricted a bit. You'll have to use a low profile clamp - a company called Ergotron makes some, but I'm sure there's others. You can also only attach the mount/clamp in the center of the cable slot.
i joined the wish list i want a desk 100 my biggest thing is people dont appreciate wood I love the wood look your taste is exactly what i am looking for i am so happy i found you the only thing can we get it all white and wood ?
The issue is the files are unorganized (scattered around multiple PCs) and aren't updated with all the changes we ended up implementing manually. So I wouldn't feel comfortable handing them out, and it would take a bit of time to compile everything 😅
Well done mate! beautiful work
This is sick! I can’t wait!!!
Looks dope!
Wish there were plans along with which materials were used for it. I would love to have one of these in the future. This is amazing, good job.
dang bro, i really want a PC like this. Ive been stuck with a crappy laptop for 6 years now.
(pc looks fire btw, u gained a sub)
Congratulations! Pretty nice and clean build.
Thank you!

I've been looking into trying something like this and I can never find how much it usually costs people to make something like this
sick man!
If you wanted to go full blown extra, make it a standing desk W stowable treadmill... for those where fitness is always an option...

you should have made a whole video and it would go viral for sure not kidding
Yeah!
I just dont get why you aren't selling the see-through version. It's awesome and i'd pay top dollar for it. Does it just cost to much or take to long?

@@encasepc it's not OFF THE TABLE, heh.. nice.
Amazing job how's the heat and the air flow? Im not an artist but i curious about what rhe temps are
Damm look so cool
Do yoy have the cad files for the top and bottom plate?

Man this is an orgasmic watch. It's so beautiful 🤯

How did it go? Planning to to this myself. I have a few questions if you're willing to share.
@@funkblackdid you start yours either, I’m gonna do mine a step above with epoxy table and I’ve got to start making plans about mine
What's square pipe size ? And table thickness

wich pump did u use?
wow that is a really cool pc i mean gaming desk. i have a question tho should i buy the lian li sl120 v1 or v2 i dont really see the difrents
I wouldn’t recommend our competition 😅
I'd say V2 since they are the newer model.

Amzon FBA style, if you know what I mean. This would also alow to sell it to the EU alot easier, espically when you build in Paypal so we can pay you in Euro.
Where did you get the CAD parts from to do the initial design?
We made them
Is there a protective film for the acrylic plate not meant to remove like for cell phones?
I'm not familiar with anything like that
do u need water cooling for a desk pc build and How much will ur desk be? I am very interested and if its a good price i will buy one!
Nope, our product wont actually be compatible with custom water cooling. The desk itself will be $1200 + more if you want us to build a PC inside
What's holding the acrylic cover in place? I don't see screws,so you glued it in place or what?
Just fits in place with friction and gravity
Is there a way to incorporate a monitor arm on these? I love my vesa monitor arm.

Goddamn veneer.
can you list all the parts along with their prices on the description or under this reply?
Sure, I’ll add them to the description

how did you mount the VGA card ? What bracket / cable is that ?
Just a standard GPU bracket - you can buy them on Amazon
what kind of metal did you use for the plates?
5052 Aluminum
What's it thickness?
I assume, since you used SFX power supply, it should be, at least, 65mm.
This desk ending up being a hair over 74mm
Looking to build my own desk PC, could use some help in my planning phase if someones able to help
How thick is the desk, looks super thin, issue is the psu?
Newest design is 2.4 inches, but where the components sit, it dips down further
I really need this type of desk to host a giveaway.

Link to the front IO used??
It’s custom made
Soo nice.. I would like to know how much it cost in total
Around $3k for the desk and PC
@@encasepc that sounds pretty reasonable for the parts and the craftsmanship. Do you know what domestic CONUS shipping would look like?
Construction plans?
Sorry, we don't provide blueprints at the moment - we may in the future.
wheres the longer documentary of this
Since the video was originally made for TikTok the final cut was pretty short
Glass panel instead of plastic would have been best.
I think your idea is realy nice, but my question is would you ship it to Germany ?
We plan to, but depending on the success of the Kickstarter, shipping may be quite expensive.

does the table vibrate?
Nah
what is the total cost of the desk - without PC? -4000-6000$?
This was about $1500 in raw materials
How much was all of it?
This build + PC was probably around $3.5k
What’s the price of this going to be
We won't be selling this version (at least not any time soon). But the "hidden" version will be $1000-$1400
Even a fucking table has better specs than my PC... ☠☠

We’re actually giving a desk PC away right now, you can enter here: encasepc.com/the-giveaway
