You don't have to kill a pillager at an outpost specifically to get bad omen, just kill the leader with the flag on his back. Sometimes they're just wandering around

Librarians will not give certain treasure enchantments. Swift sneak and soul speed for example. But all the "mandatory" ones are sold via villagers
My goofy ahh once tried to get swift Sneak for an hour on a villager and then someone told me it was exclusive in ancient cities xD

For me, it's that he doesn't bs his videos with a bunch of filler content to pad video time length. All of his content is straight to the point, which makes him a great source for people that are getting back into Minecraft after years. Also the fact that he doesn't use the annoying CZcamsr voice helps a lot, for me, at least.

Also, the blue axolotl (or purple as Eyecraftmc would call it) is based on Mudkip, a Pokémon whose design is inspired by an axolotl.
But.. If the Pokémon version is based of a real life Axolotl then why not just say that the Minecraft one is based of the real life Axolotl? Isn't that like saying a Minecraft horse is inspired by the Pokémon Ponyta who's inspired by an actual horse?

@@Equilibriumen adding a blue axolotl as a Mudkip reference would be the same as if minecraft added a tan horse with a red mane as a Ponyta reference
Naturally (non-dyed) blue axolotls don’t actually exist irl, so saying that specifically the blue axolotl is a reference to real axolotls would be wrong either way. I have no idea if their claim is right or not, but I could believe it.

To get "Shiny Pokémon" (A rare color variant) one of the methods is breeding them.
@@Equilibriumen Because it’s NOT inspired by a real life axolotl (the mob itself is but the blue/purple coloration isn’t, the colors is what we’re talking about)..no axolotls come in those colors. It’s inspired by the pokemon who has unrealistic colors

I knew the dragon head can hide you from locator maps and has animation while you wear it and move, but I had no clue it can be powered via redstone! I love games where you learn something new every day!

@@TreJohnson03 yep yep. I use them all the time to catch hackers in the act. It's quite fun and keeps you safe on SMP realms/servers.

Tips for my fellow minecraft players:
When trying to find buried treasure, If you face North(the top of the map is north), go to the middle of the X, and make it so the bottom of your marker is just barely sticking out from the bottom of the X, then dig down, you will be guaranteed to find the treasure on that block. There is also a way to do it with chunks but I don’t remember how.

No, bad omen is obtained by killing an Illager captain, which are the ones carrying the Illager banner. You can either find them at outposts or through the Illager scout party which spawns occasionally.
I love those odds for skeleton horses. One of my worlds had not 1 skeleton horse spawned, but 3 of them spawned with the skeletons on them.

They only spawn in groups of three

The stray will also drop a wither skull using charged creepers.

Does Frost Walker work for mobs wearing armor with the Frost Walker enchantment?
I’m curious because it just feels like it thematically fits the Stray

Now I know Swift Sneak III is super rare but once again given my penchant for finding ancient cities I've gotten a lot of Swift Sneak books. At least 12. It very almost overwhelmed my chiseled enchanted bookshelves. I also got some diamond leggings which I also had at least twelve so I did some major enchanting, placed unbreaking and mending where necessary and some protection enchants where necessary, and then every single thing leggings got the swift sneak III. So I have at least 12 leggings just in case something happens to my current set
I also tested out sometime back this new feature where the note blocks can now make the sounds of the mobs if they have the head on top. Very interesting I will say. Mojang should just add all mob heads so like pigs cows chicken spiders you should be able to get everything.

If a green frog eats a magma cube, it will drop verdant froglight, make that froglight rarer than the frog itself.
I'm quite new to Minecraft, only been playing for 3 months or so, I got a skeleton horse really early. Slapped it a few times trying to feed it, and put armour on it before realising that you can't. Tied her to a tree several thousand blocks out whilst I went boating and now I can't find her 😭
Always note "important" coordinates.

I’m surprised you didn’t list that. I’ve gotten 3 mending books with fishing and caught several fishing poles with mending on them, then I’ll put luck of the sea 3 on and have a fishing pole that gives great loot and never breaks since you get xp

you forgot to mention a useful tip when finding buried treasure, and that is to go into f3 and look at the chunk coords and go to 9, 9 and that it where the buried treasure always spawns

What about bedrock? I've tried doing 9x9 in the center of the X but it ended up being off quite a few tiles, and also much higher up than 40 tiles down (if that makes sense lol)

I remember the good old days when enchanted golden apples were craftable. I used to farm the heck out of Mesa biomes just because I wanted to make them. not anymore but I like the fact that the ancient cities are easier to find them. I basically got at least 22 enchanted golden apples but right now I have 13 because of the withers that I was talking about

Since this video was made in 1.19, I think you missed one round mob in this update, the Allay.
I'm very aware about brown mooshrooms. I personally have never tried this because those mushroom biomes are hard to find I will say however I did manage to find one after a good while in my world. It was ridiculously far. But I never did try to do the brown mooshroom because I honestly didn't stay that long for a lightning storm to show up.

I found a heart of the sea literally like 40 blocks from my initial spawn point in a pile of sand by accident when i was just clearing around a seaside cliff I wanted to build my base at
The brown panda actually does have something that separates it from the normal panda besides color, brown pandas will retaliate to attacks dealing 1 heart of damage, at least in bedrock edition.
Pro tip for the green frog! You can also grow one in the end if you're dedicated enough to do that
Did you make any video about what item/entity/gamming experiences are just not available in peace mode? For example, some items are obtainable exclusively from killing mobs that are not there in peace mode, then gamers in this mode have no way to get these items, or they have but need some tricks.
Okay that's very interesting so the brown mooshrooms can revert back to red with lightning again. That makes for a good customizable farm.
Single luckiest thing to ever happen to me while playing was getting this encounter where lightning struck nearby me and spawned three Shelly's riding horses. I presume this is a nod to the 3 horseman, but I never knew this was a thing at all until I saw it happen

I wish I knew about skeleton horses the first time I encountered them. Damn things fell from some ice blocks and sunk right into the ocean and became impossible to recover.
Currently I have two dragon heads and I have at least five different conduits one is already powering somewhere in the ocean far away from my house. the rest have not been used unfortunately. I know for a bit of time whenever I found an ocean monument I would beat the elder guardians and then place the conduit in the treasure room so after I got the gold I would just put the thing in there so then every time I pass by the ocean monument I'll know I have conquered it when it gives off conduit power as opposed to mining fatigue
an easier way to kill the wither is to go to the end and go under the portal. Spawn it in in a way which it would suffocate and it will die within seconds. Easy :)
Yeah the disc "5" music disc was hard to get but now I have at least three discs given my penchant for looking for ancient cities

I have currently three elytras. Although accidentally I put curse of binding on one of them which force me to go and get another elytra but while I was trying to get the spire Armor Trim I just got two randomly. Those don't have curse of binding

Another thing that is extremely rare is the Wither Rose. When the Wither health is low a few Wither skeletons might spawn and only Wither Skeletons spawned by the Wither can drop Wither Roses.
Unless they just changed it in 1.20, any mob killed by the wither is guaranteed to drop a wither rose. I have never heard of the wither spawning wither skeletons.

In the last, maybe 5 years I've been playing minecraft, I've only found 3 or 4 enchanted golden apples. That's maybe 400 or 500 hours, at least.

I took a tadpole to the End dimension and it gave me a green frog

13:50 on a friends server I had claimed a giant mushroom island. I started breeding like tons tons of these mushrooms in a giant part of the island. I used about 13 stacks of weed before I was done breeding and the breeding took so long some could be bread again. I got lots of these brown mushrooms and eventually all the red mushrooms became brown mushrooms (I also killed lots when breeding for xp and lots of food/leather) I somehow managed to kill more red ones then brows ones untill all my mushrooms where brown. Luckly I had like 4 red ones left (because I kept them somewhere safe). I killed like 99% of them untill I had like 10 brown ones left and I hid them and I started my massive breed again😂😂 those brown mushrooms are kinda rare but not to much when you have like 3000 cows in a giant field hahaha

One time I traveled far away from spawn found a golden enchanted apple, died without setting spawn point and quit that world cause I lost a golden enchanted apple

About skeleton horses, did someone hear about local difficulty ? When u live in 1chunk for really long time , local difficulty is raises , and at one point of time , it reach their maximum and chance to spawn this trap horse are increasing so...
Then that must be why I got a trap right next to my house! I now have a pen of skeleton horses chillin

guys i got a zombie egg spawn dropped from a zombie with full chainmail armour and the egg itself. i dont understand how, can someone explain? the world was never on creative. and if so it doesnt make sense for the zombie to have it.
edit: i did make copies of the world and put them on creative at times, but was careful 100% of the times tk not to put the main world on creative.
I have every single mob head including the dragon head except for the Piglin one. That's the one I want and i am aiming for.

I have the majority of these items. I’m currently trying to get the blue axolotl and it’s taking quite a bit of time. I haven’t gotten a brown panda, deep slate emerald, or a skeleton horse. I was just trying to make a minecart transport desert villagers to my jungle trading place thingy untill I found a naturally spawned brown panda
I'll tell you what fighting the ender dragon is a lot easier when you have slow falling potions. I used them one time in a fight and I will never go back. It made the ender dragon so much easier to beat. Do you see now why I say the phantoms were the best addition to Minecraft
Unfortunately that strategy would never work in Bedrock. Cuz bedrock wither is built different. You're better off trying to get the wither to fight the Warden and I simulated this in creative before I did it in my survival world every single time the bedrock wither beat the warden apart from one time where the warden actually survived but because it was going to explode the warden kept on going close to him so he ended up dying in the process. Then when I did it in survival twice it had varying results. The first time the wither was put down to almost half health by the warden and then I finished it off. He actually didn't get him to activate the Wither shield though and then the second time around he got him really really low like a sliver of health I swear if he survived it probably would have been one more hit then the wither would have died not to mention as well an enderman just happened to be nearby when I was trying to kill the Wither and finish him off and the enderman killed the Wither. At that point I realized I was going through the Minecraft story mode ending. I also got three wither roses from the second time. Now I have one of them in my item frames and two of them displayed in pottery in the plant pot within a decorated pot
