Okay; but the most dangerous places in Chester are NOT where there are lots of cars parked on the streets, or near I-95. And this was shot in the winter, when most of the Gangstas are hiding indoors to keep warm. 😐

Back in the day yes. Nowadays I'd say no. I live on Smithers Street behind the old Sacred Heart Hospital now it's Everest. I never seen any gang activity. When I used to live on Honan street in Highland Gardens back in 2000 I did. Smithers is also in Highland Gardens. It's quiet now. @@thestreethistorian
