The action role-playing computer game Assassin's Creed Valhalla is organised into multiple main plot arcs and a tonne of optional side quests referred to as "World Events". As the player leads other Vikings in their expedition against the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms, they assume the role of Viking raider Eivor Varinsdottir (/ˈeɪvɔ
/)[5]. The player can choose to play as either a female or a male version of Eivor (voiced by Cecilie Stenspil and Magnus Bruun, respectively) or they can let the game switch between the two at significant points in the narrative. The female avatar represents Eivor's life, while the male avatar represents the Isu Odin's physical form because of his relationship with Eivor.
