GINILING RECIPE (So, Yummy🤤) | Mel Rose Joy Junsay

  • Hello, guis! This is Mel Rose and Welcome back to my CZcams Channel. 🥰🫶🏻 For today’s video is HOW I COOKED GINILING RECIPE. 😁😅 Yes, I’m bored that’s why I took video of my cooking. 🤓 Hope you’ll like it and please SUBSCRIBE! 🙏🏼❣️
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 bundle - Alugbati
    1/4 size - Kalabasa
    1 kilo - Pork Giniling
    4 cloves - Garlic
    1 piece - Onion
    1 bundle - Red Kamote Leaves
    1 piece - Pork Knorr Cube
    3 cups - Water
    2 tablespoons- Oil
    1 tablespoon - Patis
    Pinch of Salt & Ground Pepper

    HOW TO PREPARE AND COOK:
    •You can pre-cooked the GINILING if its FROZEN, just add little amount of water and let it boils until its spread out.🤣😊
    •Prepare your stove and cooking pot.
    •Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté the sliced garlic, onion for 20 seconds in a low mode fire.
    •Add the pre-cooked GINILING, pinch of salt and ground pepper and the Pork Knorr cube mixture.
    P.S. I dissolved the PORK KNORR CUBE in a hot water before adding it to my dish. You can put it naman na buo. 😅🤓
    •Then add the 3 cups of water and let it boils for 2 minutes.
    •Add the sliced kalabasa and let it boils again for 30 seconds.
    •Lastly, add the red kamote leaves ad the alugbati and let it boils again for 5 seconds.
    •If its still not the taste you prefer you can add another pinch of salt or just add 1 tablespoon of patis and mix it and let it boils . 😀
    •Then, turn off the stove and partner it with dried fish or fried Galunggong. ENJOY! 🫶🏻
