Listen to what people want and make it. Sound business practice, you’d be amazed how hard many businesses find that. At least in my experience
That revo bambu nozzle would look real good on my x1c...
threw one in the p1p yesterday, so far so good
Looks like I'm finally going to use my Revo extruder once i get one of those nozzles 🥰 I've been using a hybrid of a hardened nozzle with a CHT spacer (i cut up a CHT nozzle) in a volcano heater block to print abrasives at higher speeds, as hardened nozzles have poor thermal properties
I just checked to see what other nozzles are out there right now, looks like Micro Swiss made a copper nickel coated volcano nozzle with a non stick coated hardened steel tip 😭too many choices WTH lol
JEPhF was fun... and you feel it after... but was just cool to see and have. I feel like I need to finish off my existing nozzles before I get a diamond...
now we just need a revo diamondback cht. does anyone know if abrasive fillamaent would wear down the cht portion of the nozzle or is it just the smearing portion that wears the hotend? might have to throw obsidian at eh end of the name lol
only other thing is i would like a drop in Neptune 4.
Probably not as the fibers have no leverage while in liquid plastic. The tip is what wears as it rubs against the printed part with fibers in it.
Was that steve in the back ground?
Interesting short video, like it
just preordered the revo bambu one. ive wanted to try the revo on my previous printers just never got around to it, since getting the p1s that is definitely the printer going forward for me.
Good stuff!
is there any advantage to these Revo hotends compared to the Aliexpress CHT swap out nozzles that have been available for the Bambu for months? I'm hitting a comfy 35mm/s flow rate and 350mm/s print speed with a CHT.
The revo is all about quick nozzle swaps
@@ivyr336 but my aftermarket one also does that, the nozzle is threaded
not really for basic materials
@@ghjfkldsxzmkbfj revo is quicker. Don't even need tools. Just screw it out with your hands and switch for another.
Meanwhile lulzbot pro hasn’t gotten a nice revo upgrade ☹️.
Shame i ditched my revo for a system that would take a diamond back. Oh well
at the price of revo nozzles im REALLY grad i got rod of mine😂
Still waiting for high flow for abresives..
That's the diamondback.
@@hignaki But it has not the highflown inset?
👍
Am I going blind or does the video look slightly dark...
