Bro are you really getting a deal a week? How? Any tips for me? I’ve done 23 deals over the span of 2 years but having trouble getting more consistent
@@KG-zf5ze what i meant by im doing it.. was i am going to do the hard work. If you have done 23 deals in the span of two years that is good. Thats almost 1 deal a month. Which is good for most people. What ever your doing try and hone in your processes and once u get a process that you can show a virtual assistant or partner then you should be able to do twice the amount. Theoretically.. if thats not the case then you have to fine tune what you are already doing
those that are born with money waste it anyway lol and never appreciate it

Hey Rick, why did you say that the ordering of 100-500 bandit signs and paying up to $1,000 doesn’t work anymore?
Is it because of the expense of rinsing and repeating?
I would try 100 bandit signs first and see if that gets results
how do i choose the location of a title company when i’m virtually wholesaling bc my local market is bad (if i’m wholesaling in san angelo and i live in LA would my title company be where i’m wholesaling or near LA)
It needs to be in the market you’re wholesaling in!!
What happens if you don’t close? Does the title company still charge a fee?

I guess my biggest deal is finding an end buyer to accept my price and doing deals in low populated areas. Right now that's all I can find. I can't find anything close to me.

In my exp if a buyer isn’t accepting the price that means the comps or renovations est were off. End buyers are a good temp check too see if u actually have a good deal under lock. If you have 5-10 real end buyers and they’re all rejecting, it means bad deal. Although sometimes you could have bad end buyers the likelihood of having 10 bad cash buyers, post vetting (proof of funds, maybe a couple recent deals) is improbable

I found a vacant tax house 3 ft weeds everywhere about 250 to 325k as is in profit after paying the taxes owed without fix up... couldnt find their # anywhere the 1 i did find wasnt theres anymore... about 3 months ago now
