I love the way cake keeps releasing scarab’s prisoners, it’s actually pretty smart because they at least sort of have a shot at fighting him. Which they’d all be very happy to do, as scarab is the one who unfairly imprisoned them in the first place.

What’s wrong with him? They didn’t even do bad stuff he’s awful at his job WHERE WAS HE WHEN THE LICH GOT TO EVERY UNIVERSE
Their entire existence is illegal. They have devastating effects on other universes. Also the Lich was Prismos Job to deal with.

More like he's just too strictly rule-following and buerecratic at his job (and probably good at his job a bunch of other times except for when he went after Fiona and Cake). Missing turning them in probably broke his brain at some point. ^^;
And yeah, Scarab's a jerk, but I think I kinda like his character because he reminds me of Morpheus from Neil Gaiman's Sandman comics, lol. ^^
For the Lich going to every universe its stated that each of those universes, "Finn" managed to defeat the Lich. Also the Lich wasn't really a cosmic threat he just wanted to exterminate life specifically on, OOO.
