It is very clear what Criterion’s original intentions were with the remake of Most Wanted. It’s such a shame this idea got so far only to be scrapped literally a few months before release.
It's interesting how early versions had a CTS money counter like the Black Box games did and are actually more realistic this time. EA really fucked up here tbh and failed to give Criterion the best time possible.
Nah, they uses NFS: The Run sounds (which are modified as well). They didn't change all the sound till very late in development (in fact, quite close to release)
Curious fact that no one asked, the sound of the Aventador in the beta builds is lam_murc640_d (surprise to no one), but for the versions already released the sound is still lam_murc640_d, only with the difference that it is so configured that it sounds more similar to the Aventador V12 (I can confirm this since recently I learned how to extract the car sounds from the .BNDL files, and that really ingame the sounds are heard differently, why? idk, but it happens)
It's insane how a build like this seems so early even if it was from the E3 era, the Aventador engine sounds more like Reventon/Murcielago in HP or Aventador in NFSW, the frames are clearly a problem and a lot of textures are missing, some buildings lack color and textures, and the world is kind of dead, there's not a lot of cars unlike the final version, kind of insane criterion was that professional to finish a playble game in 4 months

Эта верисия в разы лучше, чем релизная, она ближе к классической версии Need For Speed™: Most Wanted (2005), текстурки мастерской, и покрасочной доделать, достроить город по нормальному, чтобы в эти красные крестики неожиданно не врезаться, когда от копов удераешь, в целом, Худ (Интерфейс) взять из HAWAII_Main_PC Build (Помоему там, если моя память не изменяет мне с другим... . 🤔), так как, худ там намного ближе, очень намного ближе, даже не к релизу, а к альфа-верссии Need For Speed™: Most Wanted (2005), что это очень круто, и прикольно, востановить погоняломы, если в этом билде из этого видео уже их нет, хорошенько оптемизироваь, чтобы всё чётко, и плавно работало, и можно портировать на PC!

the framerate and loading issues stem mostly from the fact that emulating ps3 is a pain in the ass
