  • It's finally time to bake gingerbread cookies again! This simple recipe became a favorite of mine last year, and despite my efforts to explore alternatives this year, I find that these cookies turn out exactly how I want them with this recipe.

    Ingredients:
    200 g (2 dl) Double Cream 40% fat
    280 g (2 dl) Dark Syrup
    315 g (3.5 dl) Sugar
    18 g (2 Tbsp) Cinnamon Ground
    8 g (1 Tbsp) Cardamom Powder
    8 g (2 Tbsp) Ginger Powder
    6 g (1 Tbsp) Ground Cloves
    250 g Butter 80% fat
    800 g (13.3 dl) All-purpose Flour
    12 g (2 tsp) Baking Soda
