I have many question about your process. I hope you can answer my questions in the cling (...). I hope, i notice all your steps.
1) you heatethe phone to 80°C for 15min (or how long?)
2) you seperate the glass of the phone.
3) you clean the glass with Isopropanol
4) you put the new glass on the phone (but where ist the glue?)
5) you put the phone in a vaccum machine. (whats here the pressure and how long?)
6) you put the phone in a autoclave (whats the time, temperature and pressure here?)

I tried to other service center but, they said it's need to lcd and touch screen for set to replace the glass. But I watch your video it's possible to make the process for glass replacement. Btw where are you from?

What may happend if you accidentaly, trying to take out the sim slot, you put pressure in the hole of the microphone that is next to the sim slot hole? (Sorry my english) I've just opened my brand new mate 20 pro and I did this, but I didn't feel the "accesory to take the slot out" passed through the mic. I mean, it should have something to prevent the water get inside the phone (IP68). I'm afraid that I could broke something inside or I don't know, I'm just too much paranoic right now that I broke the phone right at the first step before even turning It on jaja. Please, I need an answer...could I (did I) broke something inside? I've made tests and the mic works perfectly, I'm only afraid about the water could get in if I broke something inside.

Microphone hole has a passage which doesn't allow anything in, infact the actual hole is smaller then the opening.
Larger opening allows for more sound to get in and amplify it.
