If you don’t add beads would you just finger twirl your ends or secure with a rubberband?

You don’t think putting rubber bands at the ends with beads damages your ends?.. I always felt that way when I used 2do my daughter’s hair w/beads. It did grow very long But when I went 2get her hair trimmed my sis said the ends were damaged So, snip snip Snip!..😏

There is a proper way to put them in and take them out! If you are not careful then yes, they can rip your hair. I have no issues with my method though.
