The Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor north of Brookings is one of the most beautiful coastal area's in the world.Also photogenic in the extreme.And very accessable by US 101 and the fabulous Oregon Coast Trail.
Very unique City one side of the the street is country , farm homes Rivers and the other side is , beach and fishing . Hiking trails on either side. Take your camera if you plan to visit. I enjoyed my 2 weeks there. RV park and camp sites everywhere. P.s. casino in crescent City is like to gamble
Just bought property in Brooking. I will be leaving CA as soon as possible. I am a native CA and when the Republicans dominated the state we had a great place to live. There are still some fine places here, but the heat is impossible and the taxes on everything is terrible.
