This video was not about Brookings but about zolas and chetco brewing ... there is more to the town then that ... rich history, beaches, etc....

I lived in Brookings as a kid and loved it!!! Someday I will be back. My grandpa owned The Chetco Inn which was a historic hotel, before it was turned into a assisted living facility. I went to Kalmiopsis elementary school and Azalea middle school. None of the businesses in this video were here when I was a kid.

@@MW2PlayerGuy Wild river pizza is the history of brookings, was known as the pizza deli, Matties pancake house, best Western beach front inn, azalea Park, Loeb park, superfly was actually the old taco time, barrontons mattress was the bowling alley, this video was great and I love watching people visit brookings for sure, but they're just some things that make me laugh cause it's definitely not the "history" of brookings
