Hello, I have the 55c631 model which is the same as the 55c635 but just newer. I have a big problem when I watch content in Dolby Vision there is a lag between scenes with different brightness, the brightness keeps changing. Does anyone have a solution for this please?

I even returned 2 of these TVs (C635). White spots appeared on both of them from the first day. The TV looks okay, but the picture is not good at all. I even did the adjustment as advised by the man who works with the TV. The picture is not so clear and sharp, the colors are not so good. I had a better picture on the LG, which is 12 years old. I do not recommend anyone to take the TCL C635.

Had to return this tv .. it did not pair the remote control hence couldn't use it

@@crusher-vappliancestrading Did not work. The tv had an issue and has been send to the factory it simply wouldn't pair it to the remote. Changed to a Samsung. TLC It is a good tv with a life span of 2 years then the led lights burn off. If you are able to change those, it runs longer.

I was just about to go buy this TV but just found out this "4K" TV at "120hz" will only do one OR the other NOT together, 2K 120hz at that size screen is going to look simply terrible and I can imagine many people being deceived and VERY disappointed when they get it home and realise this. Very slimy move TCL and shows a real lack of TLC.
Pangit. Nakadalawang replace na ko ng unit. Lagi nag bablack screen.

It depends on which series you get. I got TCL 43 inch 4 years ago and it's still working fine.
