These embellishments turned out really cute, I especially loved how you used the embroidery floss to add texture.
So many great techniques! And I like the yellow fringe. My vote is leave it!

I had to add that your journal is just beautiful so far and NO don't cut off the yellow fringe, it's so cute! I can't wait to see the finished journal and learn the new binding method. I love the colors of the paper in this kit, just the best!

I printed on fabric (have used it before in some other projects)... and then i did silk ribbon embroidery over the printed fabric flowers. Was really fun... enjoyed the project a lot.
