If we go by Matpat's numbers, he wouldn't be quite building size. His marshmallow man would have a volume of about 46.5 cubic meters, that means if this marshmallow man had his canonical height of 112.5 feet (34.3 meters), he would only be 1.3 meters wide (about 4 feet). More like a marshmallow worm or noodle than a marshmallow man.
I think Matpat's calculations failed the moment he tried using BMI, it seems like it stops giving accurate results somewhere in between 7 and 112.5 feet of height.

Meaning that at his 34.3 meters of height (112.5 feet), he would be only about 1.3 meters (4 feet) wide. More of a marshmallow noodle than a marshmallow man. His math was really off (probably because of the way he used BMI).
