I would like to say that as far as I can tell Player was always a Dark element user. In the game while he is in Olympus he is taught how to use the dark element by Hades. Which is something that Hades later does with Terra. However when Terra choses to not follow Hades anymore Hades says that Terra doesn't have what it takes to control darkness. When Player decides not to follow Hades anymore he says that he shouldn't have taught him. Which is very different wording, though I guess I would need to talk to someone that could read both lines in Japanese to know for sure. However earlier Hades also said that even Cloud would fade into the darkness of the underworld but then as though there is something different between Could and Player he says that he is willing to teach Player. It's a really odd thing that happens in Chi, and I honestly think that it is a lot more important then most of the other Disney World adventures, to the point that I think Olympus cutscenes should be put in the important cutscenes box.
Anyway because of Olympus, Nightmare Chirithy, and a few other small details I have always thought that Player was a Dark element user. I am just unsure what that actually means for him. Kind of like I am unsure of what it means for Terra, Riku, and Aqua. Are these people holding a Darkness within them, or are they just able to use the element, or is it something else? And it might be different for each character. Player after all can't have a Darkness within him in UX because all 13 of them are accounted for...most likely. Though having one(maybe the one that was meant to be in MoM or Luxu) would explain why the Darknesses thought that Player was one of them at the very end of UX.
Another thing that we have to think about is again with Olympus. In Chi they kept going on about how the underworld is a world of darkness, and then Hades keeps saying that it's His underworld. And Hades has also said over and over that he knows a lot about darkness and even may say that he is darkness. However it is clear that Hades isn't one of the 13 formless Darknesses. So this leads me to think that Hades is a Darkness that didn't give up his form. Kind of what the Darknesses where before. And if Hades can be a Darkness without being one of the 13 then other people can be to. Again I think the Olympus cutscenes are really important and need more people looking at them.
As for Luxu, I don't think Luxu ever went into the Data Daybreak Town. He didn't know any details that was going on within it when he was talking to Brain. As such I really don't think Luxu had any idea who Player was, or who any of the Dandelions where. Well with the exception of the True Dandelion who I don't think was a character that showed up in the game at all.(Demyx's somebody is still the most likely person in my thoughts, though a new heart not born yet also makes sense to me) So unless Player has the Darkness within him that was meant to be Luxu's I don't think that Luxu had any hand in corrupting Player.
As for corrupting Xehanort. Luxu was clearly watching him, and knew about him by that time. However we really don't know when Luxu become Braig and who Luxu was before Braig. And so it is really hard to tell one way or the other if Luxu was what changed Xehanort. It's possible that Luxu had a hand in things. It is also possible that Luxu was really just watching and getting closer and closer when he realized that things where about to happen.
MoM doing his talking thing and pushing Xehanort into action, like he did with his six students does seem to be happening. However does that count as corrupting? What exactly do you mean by corrupting?
Did Xehanort being born free the four Darknesses? I guess it could have. I personally like the theory that Brain did something right before Xehanort was born which freed at lest one of the Darknesses maybe more or all. Somehow I doubt that more then one formless darkness can be in a single heart at a time. After all doesn't Darkness tell Maleficent that she has enough Darkness that it will not travel with her into the future? Yet we are pretty sure of where all the formless darknesses are so is Maleficent a Darkness in the same way Hades is? And thus can not be possessed. And if that is the case then at most Xehanort should be able to carry only one darkness. And given that Player was already hinted at being a formed Darkness or having a formless one in him then Xehanort might as well, the four likely didn't ride him out of the Data. Or if they did they couldn't stay for long.
Was Xehanort guided to do everything he did? Very likely, and most likely Luxu and MoM where part of that guiding and maybe formless Darknesses as well. Was he possessed? Unless Player was I am actually leaning towards no. Was he corrupted? I don't understand what you mean when you say that word.

I constantly ask myself if the MoM corrupted Luxu. Because I believe the MoM helped condition Luxu to eventually become the "traitor" that the MoM referred to Luxu as
I also think it’s fair to say that the apprentices all got corrupted when he decided they each get one of the main 7 darkness entities in their hearts

Weelll, The Master of Masters talks to Young Xehanort at least Twice. If Mom's physical body disappear, then Luxu would need to summon him to that era. So I think that is how he is involved.
The Master kind of leads Xehanort on a path he already knows Xehanort is going down.
I totally agree, but I believe Luxu also had/will have a few moments in DR that will push him along, too

L'aggiornamento della versione offline di "KHDR" programmato per essere distribuito questo inverno richiederà un po' più di tempo per essere rilasciato a causa dell'aggiunta di uno scenario di grandi dimensioni (metteranno contenuti di trama anche in birth by sleep "che hanno tenuto all'oscuro (nello stesso gioco di birth by sleep), forse metteranno qualcosa su soggetto x (del giardino radioso, venuta dal passato di auropoli), forse mostreranno la causa della cicatrice a forma x sulla fronte di isa/saix in quell periodo di birth by sleep", ho mio dio metteranno anche l'epilogo di kingdom hearts 3 "luxu/xigbar e foretellers (ira, aced, gula e invi) con un filmato esteso".
Il contenuto di storia (in un solo aggiornamento, sarà mastodontico "letteramente enorme, racconterà i 79 anni di infanzia di xehanort (da ragazzo, d'adolescente e da maestro).
Io avevo pensato che i episodi o capitoli totali sarebbero stati 20 "inclusi I 3 episodi che erano usciti 2020, mentre avevamo solo episodi 17 rimanenti" (il numero giusto dei episodi di kingdom hearts dark road), spero che non hanno mi ca intenzione "la square enix" portare da 20 episodi a 40 o 50 episodi totali in kingdom hearts dark road (sarebbero un troppi).

Di sicuro "al 99% percento" si tratti del finale segreto (contera incluso episodio segreto) kingdom hearts dark road, il finale segreto e episodio segreto sono due contenuti di storia più importanti (che rivelano il prossimo titolo in arrivo), ha senso che ci mettano un pò (è ha 2 o 3 volte maggiore di un singolo episodio, al massimo 4 o 5 volte maggiore di un singolo episodio "quasi equivalente di 3 episodi in un (1) singolo episodio").
Sono d'accordo sul fatto che qualsiasi cosa contenga "segreto" sarà importante per la trama principale. Non vedo l'ora di Dark Road! Scusa se questa è una traduzione sbagliata, ho usato google 😅
Hey, I came up an idea of how Luxu and Brain could be the same person without Luxu taking over Brain's body. I had it while watching the two Brain theory on the Secret Report channel. Here's my theory. I do believe that there are two Brains. But the Brain we know isn't the real version. The real version is Luxu and at the start of the Union Cross, he was with the group and talking to them. But when the world began to end, he left his data version behind, and thus why the Brain we know acts differently than Luxu. The Brain we know is like Data-Sora. He has all the memories and the same personality as Luxu and does remember that he is the virus to the master of masters' plan, but Luxu or the Master of Masters erased his memory of him being Luxu. It made it so Brain wasn't exactly like Luxu and thus nicer than Luxu and why he doesn't know everything that Luxu knows. It would also explain why Brain and Luxu would have the same face. It wouldn't contradict Luxu's reports and it sort of makes sense since Data-Sora is slightly different than regular Sora. Also, Data Brain when into the future and Luxu stayed in the past.
I know this is all confusing, but I think this makes the most sense of out all the theories of Luxu and Brain. Whether or not you agree with my theory it's alright. For all I know, I could be wrong, but I would like to have your opinion on this theory. Also, great theory as always.
And if my theory is true, then technically, Luxu's real name is Brain. But hey, that's just a theory, a GAME THEORY! (Oh, by the way, I'm not a fan of Matpat. I think he's a very weak theorizer who twists his facts and opinions too much to be enjoyable. Watch Reploid REVO's, MangaKamen, and RedQueenMiku2 videos on Matpat. They show exactly how much Matpat kind of takes things out of context. I don't hate Matpat, but I do dislike his work. I just wanted to do the meme with his tagline.)
My issue with the Luxu/Brain theory is that Ava recruited Brain personally. I think she would recognize Luxu if it were actually him.
@@pajamaletsplay9859 You got a point and I do agree that the theory isn't as strong as I originally thought. Still, it's a possibility and thus we can't really rule it out. I just hope we get a true answer on what's going on with Luxu and Brain in the near future.

@@pajamaletsplay9859 Hmmm... I can't think of a reason for Ava to not recognize Luxu. I thought at first that it was because Luxu might have always hid his face, that's why she doesn't recognize him, but then I remembered that the other foretellers could tell who Luxu was even though he had a completely different body and voice, so yeah. I can't think of a way of Ava to not recognize him. The only way this could work is if the Master of Masters told her that Luxu had to be on the team and to just treat him like all the other Dandelions. That's the only way for this to work. Also, Luxu/Master of Masters could have cut out the pieces of memory in Brain's memory where Ava treats him like a long-time friend. That's the only way I can think of this working. Which is a stretch but hey, it's Tetsuya Nomura. He's pulled dumb reveals a lot. I still love the series, but I can't argue that it isn't kind of dumb.

We will have to wait for them to release the video for it “at a later date,” though, which is a bummer, but I can’t wait to see it when we do get to 😊

What’s the likelihood that Xehanort knew what Luxu was already? Even Luxu himself admitted Xehanort could see inside people’s minds. Plus Xehanort understanding the concept of transferring his heart is a bit odd considering Luxu is the only other person that has done it.

I actually forgot the dark version of Chirithy tbh but Dark Chirithy could have just been why he was crazy of the keyblade war as well but why play as him in dark road if he is killing heartless and how did the no name get passed on
Thanks for the theory 😊. We’ll definitely get the answer for No Name in DR. I wasn’t sure about that until we saw it in the screenshot. I’m bummed about the delay, but I know it’ll be worth it to get a fuller story

Veramente Nomura è letteralmente un pazzo (vuole rivelare tutte le cose dei altri titoli kingdom hearts antecedenti, le cose lasciate all'oscuro).
