We have been staying in Mira Road since 1993. My husband Mohanji knew Muzaffar ji personally . Miraroad has progressed like anything under Muzzafarhussain Bhai saab.Miraroad has diversity of flora and fauna.Miraroad a truly cosmopolitan city where different religion people live harmoniously,having excellent educational institutes ,addition of metro will be an added feather in the cap.enveloped on one side by creek & on the other side by Sanjay Gandhi National park ,kashimira forest ..it is truly a blessed land.thanks to almighty & all those who have contributed for the growth & development of this tranquil , spiritual land .
Mira Road has come long way , right from those jungle days to farms lands to a beautiful suburb . in 1988 one of our known family friend had taken a house in Mira Road which costed around 2.50lacs for 3bhk and today the same flat costs 2crores this is called development in Mira Road
I live in Mira Road since 2004 i.e I have completed 15 years here, and only I want to say that what are the development is here it's credit goes to Sir Nazar & Muzaffar Hussain..... We really love him

Commendable Job from you and your family, we are so proud and feel safe when we return back to Mira Road from our work or from visiting our friends and family. It's like so peace and we feel at ease. Today though it comes under Rural Thane but Mira Road has everything to provide right from people who needs raw houses to people who may even be happy in 1Rk. For children we have choices of school and colleges, for us soscialite to shopping malls and multiplex. I am travelling through out Mumbai these Taxi drivers they never say yes and drove away infact other suburban rickshaw drivers too also ask "kaha Jana hai" then take or say no , but I salute our Mira Road Rickshaw drivers and Rikshaw union head who has these lovely drivers here who don't ask just make us sit in then say "kaha chalu" This happens only in Mira Road not even Bahyender. Because when we go to Maxus Mall we often find difficulty to get a rickshaw to return back to Mira Road if you may do something for that we will a great help sir. May Almighty be with you sir. Good job sir, I came to Mira road in 2013 that time there was no lights on the street ( our area) I use to go to work in pitch dark with the help of torch .in rainy days so many times my foot was filled with muck .for sharing rikshaw we had to go to cinemax.there was no bus ,only 15 no, that was also from Cinemax Now things are changed .it is developing v well. One more thing I want to thank you sir ,for my daughter was getting married .full ceremony was on NH school graund .just after two days wedding n caterer ran away with many people s money .my son came to you and you considered us. We had to pay only 10000 thousand.thanks again God bless you and all the best for your work.🙏🙏

I just shifted to Mira Road...i found lots of good things happened in Mira Road and it's really appreciated. But one thing troubles me that is why water issue not yet solved...some years back i heard that in Mira Road 24*7 water supply going to start...but i heard that water coming from Thane to facilitate Mira Road, it's diverted. Sir, Please keep doing good work and we are thankful to you and your family those done lots for Mira Road Development..

And we never know the what is Truth. What is going on. There may be lots of reasons we hear. Because of this we can't do redevelopment. Etc.if you take interest, old buildings will get new life. Mira Road development was introduced then late CM if Mahaeashtra Shri Vasant Dada Patil. A news was published in all Local news papers about it. it was the time there was shortage of dwelling houses in Mumbai for middle class. This political leader had longer vision for the betterment of common men living in Mumbai. This was started in 1971/72. Salute to such leader, people should not forget such personality.

Inspite of the being a politician for ages, you haven't been able to grant basic amenities to the people of Mira Road and hence such an election result. Let's start from the beginning: 1. Roads: No where is Mira Road you'll find a road of 1 kms stretch without potholes 2. Drugs hub: Shanti Shopping Centre and Naya Nagar side of Mira Road station are filled with drug addicts specially after dark 3. Traffic outlaws: The police doesn't enforce law properly as they are least bothered to move their butts from their seats. Not one single in Mira Road is followed properly. 4. Naya Nagar chaos: Area starting Shams Masjid moving towards Hydric Chowk and coming till NH school road is a massive vendor and hawkers area where people don't have space to walk let alone vehicles moving there. 4. Play Ground: There's 1 play ground in Naya Nagar side in Kunango and the condition is so bad that atleast 2-3 children get injured while playing. Mind you this injury is not due to playing but poor conditions of the park. 5. Illegal buildings and businesses: There are so many people who fall in the trap of crappy builders who promise and do not deliver the project entirely or delay it to an extent where is get difficult for people to survive. Illegal business like Heera Gold and Gold Express thrive in this areas. How on earth do they have permission to run such fraudulent schemes? While people are responsible for their actions govt. also should take responsibility for creating an environment where they thrive. I can go on and on and on about the lack of development of Mira Road.
Aatifbhai..Rome was not built in a day..it will take time..but overall you see ..Mira rd has definitely progressed..a good start has been made...a lot depends upon the common people of Mira rd also...how they co operate in making Mira rd a success story..

ALL the stories of Mira Road and its salt pans and the deserted area as well as land for growing crops is very true. There was a canal too. Nobody ever dreamed that this place would flourish. I regret for not having invested in a flat here though I was staying in Bhayandar West. If at all there's a chance to invest. Go ahead. i hope to be lucky someday. Take care.

Its commendable job done by the visionary like you ji. Today, it's a concrete jungle with the best infrastructure and amenities. Pre-Covid era had the issue of suburban train boarding,it exists due to extensive overall development of far suburbs. Water...Water...Water...An issue since quartet of decades. Even Water supply to the township Most challenging work for the local authorities developed by and by,satisfactorily. Still,its very sad,today, there are many societies suffer due to water shortage and depend on borewell water,tanker water,mainly the projects developed since last more than a decade. The reason for the shortage is that their are few areas in MiraRoad,where there are multiple connection of civic water supply provided by local authorities without proper assessnent of the needs. There are people with illegal storage capacity in the flats other than provided by the builder according to the flat area. Ideally, it should be sq.ft.area=#of litres water consumption,Or say 200 litres/person per day to each residential flats. Using of automatic washing matching(the most wasteful invention of the century wasting millions of litre per Day globally)Bath showers,Toilet flush are the criminal wastage of water.The restriction and rationalization of supply is the only solution to avoid shortage and justice for the one's who are using unhygienic undrinkable public supply,tanker's hard water. All the illegal tanks from the flats should be removed under a notification from the authority and regularise the ownership of flats under the responsibility of the society committee with and undertakings by every committee and members.If failed,the supply to such premises/society br disconnected. Its the must to let everyone live in the heaven like MiraRoad.The same rationalization for all public places and commercial premises.There are schools, not getting enough water for the students (say 3litre/student/day for each student for overall use of school)should be some parameter to decide the quantum of rational supply. Its very surprising that the society members/committee goes against the civil law (construction) and do internal modification for water storage, sanitation without design approval and leading to the risk of durability to the residential premises. # Weaker and lower Income group colonies and their present issue of parking........ There are many fire accident cases in city and suburbs leaving lessons for the occupants of the premises wherein the rules are flaunted by the owners/society,and only come in picture when a major accidents takes place with media making it public or, social medias. There are many buildings with no parking space provided by the builder according to the catagory of construction as per government approved plans/schemes.Such premises with compound and open spaces are used for illegal parking of 2,3,4 wheelers by most of the building residents/rentals with a legal parking charges by the societies. Here the catch is,when parking itself is illegal how can the society charge for it??? Further,that too after risking the safety of residential premises in the event of fire,natural calamities, act of gods. Also,the hurdle for the senior citizens, children to play living in the same premises.It's a normal practices by the committee to find source of income of society, rather than safety of society. These are the glaring example of social irresponsibilities by the uneducated, literates in the human society. Every coin has 2 sides. 1...It can be disadvantage of some political party who can't provide what people demand (Vote bank politics.... Bad situation) Here the point is criminal wastage of water,which is morally wrong.There should be even supply to everybody. Even society bylaws says...committee should ensure even supply to society members.....THAN WHY THE SAME LAW DOESN'T PUNISH THE CRIMINALS WASTING THE MOST PRECIOUS FREE GIFT OF NATURE TO EVERY HUMAN BEING,WHICH WILL BE A SCARCITY IN FEW COMING YEARS. 2..Many election manifesto included water supply as the commitments to residents. Does it means that just in demand by the irresponsible citizens,it should be provided in abundances to some and deprive many from their right to expect it.THE PATHOS NEEDS LOGOS THOUGHT AND CONSIDER THE DEPRIVED TO GET HIS RIGHT WITHOUT DELAY.IT OVERDUE FOR MANY. Redevelopment of Old buildings: Its advisable to either plan for redevelopment of the buildings in prime location with parking spaces OR provide parking permission, places for such vehicles for which the residential area is at risk due to some untoward incidents.

And we never know the what is Truth. What is going on. There may be lots of reasons we hear. Because of this we can't do redevelopment. Etc.if you take interest, old buildings will get new life.

Mira Road development was introduced then late CM if Mahaeashtra Shri Vasant Dada Patil. A news was published in all Local news papers about it. it was the time there was shortage of dwelling houses in Mumbai for middle class. This political leader had longer vision for the betterment of common men living in Mumbai. This was started in 1971/72. Salute to such leader, people should not forget such personality.

Inspite of the being a politician for ages, you haven't been able to grant basic amenities to the people of Mira Road and hence such an election result. Let's start from the beginning:
1. Roads: No where is Mira Road you'll find a road of 1 kms stretch without potholes
2. Drugs hub: Shanti Shopping Centre and Naya Nagar side of Mira Road station are filled with drug addicts specially after dark
3. Traffic outlaws: The police doesn't enforce law properly as they are least bothered to move their butts from their seats. Not one single in Mira Road is followed properly.
4. Naya Nagar chaos: Area starting Shams Masjid moving towards Hydric Chowk and coming till NH school road is a massive vendor and hawkers area where people don't have space to walk let alone vehicles moving there.
4. Play Ground: There's 1 play ground in Naya Nagar side in Kunango and the condition is so bad that atleast 2-3 children get injured while playing. Mind you this injury is not due to playing but poor conditions of the park.
5. Illegal buildings and businesses: There are so many people who fall in the trap of crappy builders who promise and do not deliver the project entirely or delay it to an extent where is get difficult for people to survive. Illegal business like Heera Gold and Gold Express thrive in this areas. How on earth do they have permission to run such fraudulent schemes? While people are responsible for their actions govt. also should take responsibility for creating an environment where they thrive.
I can go on and on and on about the lack of development of Mira Road.

ALL the stories of Mira Road and its salt pans and the deserted area as well as land for growing crops is very true. There was a canal too. Nobody ever dreamed that this place would flourish.
I regret for not having invested in a flat here though I was staying in Bhayandar West. If at all there's a chance to invest. Go ahead. i hope to be lucky someday. Take care.

Water...Water...Water...An issue since quartet of decades.
Even Water supply to the township
Most challenging work for the local authorities developed by and by,satisfactorily.
Still,its very sad,today, there are many societies suffer due to water shortage and depend on borewell water,tanker water,mainly the projects developed since last more than a decade.
The reason for the shortage is that their are few areas in MiraRoad,where there are multiple connection of civic water supply provided by local authorities without proper assessnent of the needs.
There are people with illegal storage capacity in the flats other than provided by the builder according to the flat area.
Ideally, it should be sq.ft.area=#of litres water consumption,Or say 200 litres/person per day to each residential flats.
Using of automatic washing matching(the most wasteful invention of the century wasting millions of litre per Day globally)Bath showers,Toilet flush are the criminal wastage of water.The restriction and rationalization of supply is the only solution to avoid shortage and justice for the one's who are using unhygienic undrinkable public supply,tanker's hard water.
All the illegal tanks from the flats should be removed under a notification from the authority and regularise the ownership of flats under the responsibility of the society committee with and undertakings by every committee and members.If failed,the supply to such premises/society br disconnected.
Its the must to let everyone live in the heaven like MiraRoad.The same rationalization for all public places and commercial premises.There are schools, not getting enough water for the students (say 3litre/student/day for each student for overall use of school)should be some parameter to decide the quantum of rational supply.
Its very surprising that the society members/committee goes against the civil law (construction) and do internal modification for water storage, sanitation without design approval and leading to the risk of durability to the residential premises.

There are many fire accident cases in city and suburbs leaving lessons for the occupants of the premises wherein the rules are flaunted by the owners/society,and only come in picture when a major accidents takes place with media making it public or, social medias.
There are many buildings with no parking space provided by the builder according to the catagory of construction as per government approved plans/schemes.Such premises with compound and open spaces are used for illegal parking of 2,3,4 wheelers by most of the building residents/rentals with a legal parking charges by the societies. Here the catch is,when
parking itself is illegal how can the society charge for it??? Further,that too after risking the safety of residential premises in the event of fire,natural calamities, act of gods.
Also,the hurdle for the senior citizens, children to play living in the same premises.It's a normal practices by the committee to find source of income of society, rather than safety of society.
These are the glaring example of social irresponsibilities by the uneducated, literates in the human society.
Every coin has 2 sides.
1...It can be disadvantage of some political party who can't provide what people demand (Vote bank politics.... Bad situation) Here the point is criminal wastage of water,which is morally wrong.There should be even supply to everybody. Even society bylaws says...committee should ensure even supply to society members.....THAN WHY THE SAME LAW DOESN'T PUNISH THE CRIMINALS WASTING THE MOST PRECIOUS FREE GIFT OF NATURE TO EVERY HUMAN BEING,WHICH WILL BE A SCARCITY IN FEW COMING YEARS.
2..Many election manifesto included water supply as the commitments to residents. Does it means that just in demand by the irresponsible citizens,it should be provided in abundances to some and deprive many from their right to expect it.THE PATHOS NEEDS LOGOS THOUGHT AND CONSIDER THE DEPRIVED TO GET HIS RIGHT WITHOUT DELAY.IT OVERDUE FOR MANY.
Redevelopment of Old buildings:
Its advisable to either plan for redevelopment of the buildings in prime location with parking spaces OR provide parking permission, places for such vehicles for which the residential area is at risk due to some untoward incidents.
