EEZ IS NOT territorial water. SCS is china territory waters. EEZ have to respect china territorial sovereign waters

And also pls study that even the name of the sea is south china sea and didint mean that china owns it and if that the case so the Indian Ocean is own by India?the answer is NO.

It's international waters. China and usa can sail their navies within 13 miles of your borders for freedom of navigation patrol if they wish.
EEZ is only for resourses allocation. But 9 dash sea is china territorial waters. So your eez ends outside china nine dash sea. The rest of your eez you can share the resources with china if they agree.
China did not claim scs because of the name. It's countries that acknowledged china claim in 1947 because of history.
