It would be better to scrap that and reset your hardware and theb create a fresh seed before you store your coins.

Yes, completely. Just before that make sure you have your 24 words recovery seed handy. Otherwise, do not dare to proceed.

It does not matter, you can name your key. Just install wallets apps and then you will be able to see your funds.

Check transaction history before you do anything. If funds were transferred to some other wallet then you wallet was hacked and sorry to say, "Your friend is the first suspect." If there is no transaction in history then reset your wallet again and restore again.
