Might be handy in my case 😅 Anyway, I made this video because I felt things needed some "context", I don't want to come across a guy that hops from one to another. I closed a 21 year chapter but on CZcams it can come across different... That's why I made this video. And even on my "buddy cruise", when things already went to hell, I kept that ring on my finger. But when I took it off, I was done.

aaah yes - the "curse" of fellow passengers ... my DW and I have sailed in MSC Yacht Club three times and felt let down by the behavior of other passengers in this so-called ship-within-a ship (as in - people who can pay a bit more, but visit the main dining in their swim shorts and allow their spoiled brats to wreak havoc in the luxury lounge). We sailed MSC World Europa in June of 2023 and chose the Aurea experience for the first time, and were pleasantly surprised - even met people "coming down" from the Yacht Club sundeck to "our" Top 20 area because they were trying to escape their fellow YC passengers
Dealing with a divorce, even an expected and/or "friendly" one is never any fun and often takes time to fully work through. I'm glad you're seeing the positives and working your way through all of that, though. As for those stranger-friends... as much as folks like to complain about "social media" and the internet, my personal take is that in reality it has brought us all a lot closer no matter where on the globe we live and making friends of strangers is just a part of that giving folks a much wider support network than we've ever had before (and maybe some smaller "gossip circles" for all that negative stuff folks want to attribute to social media... we're just people after all and none of that is really anything new in human history... it's just more easily found now, is all). In any case glad to hear you hope to get back to more cruising and looking forward to seeing more from you (especially if they're on any ships I might get a chance to be on myself!) And best of luck with everything going forward for you, it seems to me you deserve more "fair winds and following seas", as the sailors would say!

Glad to hear you’re doing well after some rough times. Back in spring 2022, I had little zero interest in cruising. My wife had been suggesting such a holiday for years but it sounded completely boring. I was browsing CZcams one morning and a cruise video started playing. Seemed quite good. I then searched and came across a series of videos called “Bram Seas the Day”. When my wife got up the first thing I said to her was, “We’re going on a cruise!”. We were on the Norwegian Epic a few months later (wonder where I got that idea?) and have our sixth cruise planned for February. I’ll be eternally thankful for your cruise channel, it’s introduced us to a fantastic way to holiday.
You went from zero to a hundred in no time 🤣. Glad to have been able to show you what it's really like and glad you enjoy it! I hate the word "influencer" but love that I managed to "inspire"! So cool. Keep cruising 😎

Bram, my friend, whom I've never met, but what does that matter? I, too, have been a bit missing in action when it comes to your vlogs of late because life happened. But that's of no concern, what I want to say is I know you've been going through so much difficulty and sadness, and yet, like the proud Phoenix you are, you are rising from the flame and ash, victorious in your flight. You have made your apartment gorgeous through hard work and effort, you have found a new career, and wink/wink, possibly a new someone to share your life and love of cruising with. You are rebuilding your life, brick by brick and most importantly, you are beginning to wear the look of happy contentment again. I've believed in your talent from the first vlog I saw, and I know your future holds great things in store. Keep on doing what you're doing because your plan is a great one. You're right Kevin, I forgot to mention it! I have a job as a bartender again now. They'll allow me to travel a lot and I get to do my full time schedule in just 3 days. Long days yes, but it leaves me 4 days a week to edit. Pure perfection! 🥳

Hi Stacie and Tom, I've actually been looking at the Blues cruises many times but never booked. Some of the artists on there have actually played in my bar like Chris Cain for example. You're right Kevin, I forgot to mention it! I have a job as a bartender again now. They'll allow me to travel a lot and I get to do my full time schedule in just 3 days. Long days yes, but it leaves me 4 days a week to edit. Pure perfection! 🥳

Only gopro max and my phone. I edit using Filmora.
