I cannot believe that this horrible mess is allowed. Why these soldiers and horses are allowed to be treated this way is absolutely cruel in my opinion.
Even after the one woman was disciplined, the other two women try to decide that they are the horse whisperer and will prove the horse and guard wrong. The horse obviously agitated from being mauled doesn't even enter into their thick heads. Humans - pfft! 🙄
These people are so awful. Can they not tell when an animal is stressed? And why are they waving their hands in the horse's space? This has to be one of the more ignorant groups of people I have seen.

The guard in this clip shouldn’t have to put up with rude and ignorant tourists who pull his horse’s reins and generally take the mickey out of him!!! Go home if you can’t respect British customs or traditions.
Must have been like watching a game of tennis for the poor horse having to constantly nip at the tourons coming at it from both sides to keep them away... I bet the poor thing was relieved to hear the voice of the guard shouting out.
Imagine if a total stranger walked up to these people with a million strange smells to boot and see fit to pet you and try to move in close...hold out empty hands as if offering a treat and are totally clueless and rude.
Well, I think this video said it all regarding people misbehaving on purpose. Meaning, when the American woman said "I like it when he hollers. I saw that on the videos." Judging only by the number of subs that each channel about Horse Guards has, and not including the casual viewers, these videos are VERY popular and it seems that some people want to be seen on social media and YT. I'm not referring to the woman who made the comment in this video, by the way.
It gets more like Disney every day, grow up and act with like They are like ants with hands everywhere . We British see behaviour like this as lack of respect for our traditions and quite offensive .
"i love when he holler!" that actually made me LOL because i just know she's Said that about a man before... 😂🙃also its nice to see troopers advocating for their horse when this happens because unfortunately I've rarely seen any speak up when the horse is showing sighs of being fed the f**k up of touch....
Perhaps you are right, but the last thing that the last thing that some of them do is whisper 😜😜😜!!! It is nice that people are excited, but it is also prudent to consider the welfare of the horse and The Guard.
Its infuriating to see the lack of respect & of common sense. Every day it seems to be getting worse. People feeding them, touching the reins or other tack, touching the guards leg, etc, walking thru the guardhouse, letting their kids run around their legs, etc. Oh and the latest thing I have noticed is everybody pinching/petting/wiggling around their nostrils & upper lip; as well as a lot of people extending their hand out as if they have something for them. That right there is an open invitation to getting bit. And you dont have to be an equestrian to know that if a horse has his ears pinned back & he's tossing his head around....he is agitated, unhappy & showing signs of stress. BACK OFF....give these Guards & their horses some breathing room & most importantly....give them the respect that they so deserve.
Why do people put out their hand to the horse as if he’s a big giant dog?? I’ve never understood this. So many times, they put their hand out for the horse to sniff so it can tell they’re friendly. I’m glad they finally barred the petting of the horses.
