I am full convinced that a girdle is not only functional but healthy, as it contributes to hip and lower back stability. The zipper feature is necessary to enable the wearer to slip on much easier.

Rago is what was used to make the "Mad Men" series because it is the ONLY thing still made that compares in any way to what women in those situations would have actually worn in the 1960s
The reputation Rago had back then was essentially high performance at a low price, but the trade off was durability, sort of like what Dodge is to the automobile.
Also the tags on most Rago models say "machine washable"but I'm telling you now DON'T unless your washer has a delicate cycle and it is so heavily soiled that it won't come clean any other way
