I love Henderson. I have lived here in Cadence Community for three years now. Great experience for someone who looks for a peaceful and quiet life. 😅
Personally I LOVE Henderson too, but I know its not for everybody, some people prefer SUmmerlin for example. Happy you love it though, Cadence is a great community,. 🙂

I think they have some great townhomes. Its located near Anthem and my favourite Inspirada and zoned for some of the best schools in Henderson. Good locations and nice homes.

Club Madiera Canyon?
I believe I have answered this previously but Club Madeira Canyon is a gorgeous comunity tucked into the black mount range.
Henderson is way overpriced and boring. Las Vegas is old, dirty and trashy. The older homes are very ugly. The traffic is miserable. The roads are bumpy and raggedy. The summer months are hot and dirty. Definitely not for everyone. Visit for least a month in the summer before deciding to move here. You might like it. Or you may hate it with every fiber of your being.
