I’m Dr. Dana Brems, also known as Foot Doc Dana. I’m completing my third year of residency in Los Angeles. Tetanus is not from rust. Rust is harmless. If it’s clean, the rust will just crumble off . BUT if it’s dirty the virus from the nail goes in the cut. Rust is just the aftermath of oxidation of iron. Glad if that helped you!😊

I knew it was deep and so I went to the family Dr and the Dr couldn’t tell I had a splinter so I had to pin point to the Dr . And say cut right there . So the Dr cut my palm and no splinter .
