Can I strongly encourage just starting with a simple routine 2-3x/week with squats and pushups at the sink, get a couple of gallon water jugs for bicep curls and overhead presses (each is 8# depending how full you make it). Take it slow at first, focus on perfect form. And PLEASE, research connection between GUT MICROBIOME & Parkinson's. Get your system healthy 💪 sugars and processed foods poison the cell mitochondria slowly
