There was mike and Chris not communicating well and not listening to each other like no crust raw fish raw meat this is the third time both blue and red are kicked out of the kitchen which lead to once again a huge fight

Crazy how both teams lost the first 3 straight dinner services this season and I think season 12 is the only season where joint losses have happened back to back in 3 straight episodes.
Joint losses is a stoners worst nightmare
Season 15 had 3 joint losses in a row (when Alan, Eddie, and Hassan got eliminated)
And in 10 seasons later, on Season 22, they almost recreated the same moment but the difference is at least Season 22 only have both teams losing the first 2 straight dinner services
Props to Rochelle for having a go despite being sick, unlike Simone.
Yeah it also looks way worse than what Simone had (if she was sick at all)
I love that one of the chefs is saying to herself please be right. You're the one that cooked it, if you think you're a good enough chef to be an executive chef at one of Ramsay's restaurants and you cooked the fish you should know if it's right. This is part of why he kicked you out.
Season 12 had the worst start in the history of the show: 3 straight services both teams got kicked out

I actually don't understand why these chefs are literally happy when Gordon says their dish is cooked? Like aren't most of them professionals in the first place so making "perfect" dishes should be in their DNA right?
I’ve been thinking the same thing watching these compilations and season 22… the amount of times these alleged professional are serving RAW meat is terrifying
They're not professionals, they're amateur chefs. That's what they're referred to as. That doesn't mean mistakes are to be expected, but they do happen because these people don't know what they're doing 100%. Just better than average.
I think it was season 13 that broke the curse of both teams losing opening service
So both Rochelle and Simon are illness feeling sick during dinner service and this is the third time both red and blue chefs are kicked out of the kitchen which lead to a huge fight
Season 7 actually finished there opening service first,
In retrospect, this episode really showed what a nasty person Joy could be.

@sabbialmighty7249 joy had a tendency to harp on the faults of others. It would be fine if she was in a position of power like Christina but she was a new fish in a big pond. It wasn't her place to call out mistakes yet
The fight the blue team had after this service was crazy

poor Simone... she was clearly struggling with something mentally during this season.... I hate that people like to make fun of her so much for how she acts on here because there's clearly something not right with her... she clearly is dealing with something mentally and I feel bad for her and I hope she's recovered since here
really in first episode of dinner service she was already struggling and didnt have a voice
Sounds to me like you are judging her. Some people just naturally have a quiet voice and are soft spoken.
@@scw.cherylPossibly, but she was a lot louder and more expressive when she first arrived. The quiet, whispery voice and reserved demeanor was a total 180 that seemingly arrived overnight after the first one or two services.
Maybe she was physically sick, maybe something was going on mentally. In any case something wasn't right with her

Anton was always one of my favorites. Yes, his voice sounds like he's been chain smoking for 80 years straight. But he was passionate, sharp, and _good._

It's honestly kinda funny S12 had such a rocky start esp since the black jackets were honestly above average esp at this point in the shows lifespan. Jason, Melanie, Rochelle and Joy basically only ever had one bad service basically and they all kinda had multiple standout challenges. Scott and Keyisha (and even Anton) were definitely inconsistent but not to the same extent as some of S8 and S7 black jackets.

We kind of are. AI as it exists rn isn’t really AI. ChatGPT and similar programs are just large language models that use massive data sets to try and mimic language. They don’t really know anything and wouldn’t be able to carry out a complex task like cooking
On the one hand, I didn't think thar Simone's illness was genuine. On the other, regardless of if it's genuine or not, tou have to treat it as if it is.
Well yeah, I think the issue was with it being laid on so thick to almost pantomime levels of "I'm really sick.... But I am so brave". Like if she's on deaths door, she should have gone straight home

I feel bad for Simone cause you can tell her spirit was definitely being beat down by each service. She was very bubbly in the first episode vs her exit. And the "eye rolls" Jessica did just made me appreciate her PATHETIC elimination even more.

Literally as both of them made it to the third service, and both were eliminated rather quickly. (With Raj being eliminated DESPITE his team winning)

Nah. At least Raj had energy in the kitchen and tried to fight back. Simone at the end of this basically volunteered herself to go even though he was clearly looking to send one of the guys home.
Raj actually demonstrates competence when he's in his element. Problem is his element is being the only chef serving a single meal.

Plus whether she is or isn't, Gordon will figure it out. Either way if she's not strong enough to be in Hell's Kitchen he'll take her out for whatever reason. You have to do your best. Using other people to make yourself look better, or backstabbing people because you're weaker than they are won't matter because Gordon knows who deserves to stay and who doesn't. Look at how many times he's allowed people to stay who have been voted off and how many times he's taken out people who seem like they deserve to stay.
As for Simone, I can see sickle cell when I see it. She’s out of her medicine and needs to go to the hospital immediately
