Centennial Hills not a community? I’m in escrow now on a resale near Knickerbocker Park.

Centennial Hills is popular. It's more affrodable than Summerlin. If your walking distance to the park and school and it works for your lifestle then Centennial should be fine. Summerlin is a bit more money and its just overall #1. if you want to feel the diffenerce to make sure your making the rigth choice , Start at the Summerlin Library - and walk past the The Trails Community center and up the trail thru the homes.
