BIA044 BANANA SPINACH MUFFINS (delicious snack muffins)

Little healthy muffins with no eggs or sugar. Honey replaces the sugar and the spinach adds a pleasant twist to your snack.

Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Spinach
1 Banana
3/4 cup Yoghurt
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
2 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup Honey
