standard guardsman, probably wearing full isolation gear for battle where his lungs might get messed up. I only say hes a standard guardsman because he has a standard issue lasgun and no hellgun, and his backpack is relatively slim

The space marine on the other had. The only reason he noticed he was missing his arm was he couldn't smack the guy with his arm anymore. Lets face it space Marines are hard wired op for anywhere but Warhammer.

The beginning really puts it into perspective of just how terrifying the giant Space Marines are.
I read that they were at least 8ft tall and extremely well built even without the armor.
Either way, they're extremely tall and terrifying.
They're ~7'-7'6" outside their armour. The armour probably adds about six inches to their height, between the soles and the helmet. In terminator armour they can be pushing 10'. Old fluff pegs dreadnoughts at "thrice the height of a battle brother", but the proportions of the models have never supported that, I'd guess ~16' for them.
Anyway, I work with a guy that's 6'10" and built on the heavy side of normal, he struggles to get though most doorways. I can barely imagine what someone 6 or more inches taller would be like to meet, never mind a guy in cataphracti armour. (For reference, I'm 5'7", so Big Jack really does stand head and shoulders above me, and then some).
Yeah, I'm also about 6'3" so I'm in a similar situation. So they pass 8' IN their armor but are 7 1/2' outside.
Edit: I'm fairly new to this clusterfuck of a sci-fi universe.

When one of my friends says that Ultramarines are terrible I just say that the worst of the best warriors in the galaxy are still some of the best

The only reason people say that ultramarines are terrible it's because they are the poster boys of the 40K setting. In fact they are pretty strong their stable they're powerful and their tactics are pretty good the only bad thing is that gamesworkshop loves to use them a bit too much as the hey look at me I'm overpowered and I'm beating everyone down! Other than that they are a very good chapter / legion

Nah, they're just a SM Chapter which got lost in the Warp but their souls were so dedicated to the Imperium and the Emperor that in very rare occassions they appear in the middle of battlefields to bring hell to xenos and heretics alike!

It has been Theorize it is not a single chapter but all chapter who have died and they still wanted to serve the Emperor

Also in reality the legion of the damn are more akin to the daemons of the warp, hence why it is stated they could be the emperors daemons and it would make sense that space marines from any of the chapters can be found among there number

The only thing that made me sad was being reminded that Eternal Crusade was very poorly handled. A good game that was poorly managed and given a skeleton crew to try and fix it. What a shame, I would’ve loved a Battlefield like Warhammer game

Yea I agree, I joined yesterday, ethernal crusade, and had few matchs, dmn it have good active melee fights like in this video but sadly game left to die....
@@RitzPerera the thing that would have helped the melee would be if the block/parry button was bound by default and that the game told you it was even a thing XD the shock of the assault marine player must have had when my force sword equipped Chaos sorcerer aka the chaos healer class blocked his power sword, stunned him with a kick before getting an execution in as he seem to just stand there in disbelief long enough for me to stab him XD but still the game deserved much bigger team working on it then it got sadly

It could technically take him out of action if it reaches spine & damage powerarmor systems (they can wait for apothecary assistance for a long time, overall belly is under chest ribs (which are super armor itself) so it's possible).

the first animation is of incredible quality, but it is also strange how people believe a plain steel sword can cut through armor. to pierce a space marines armor, you need either a bolt or a power sword.

@@GreenKnight343 They are not plot armor. They are chainswords and are made from the same materials that the power armors are made. Since they are effectively adamantium chainsaws, they take some time but are able to penetrate power armor.
