Kalau kita bekerja untuk hidup, kita tak perlu risau kat mana2 ada rezeki. Rakan sekerja tak boleh buli kita buat kerja banyak2, sedangkan mereka juga dapat salary. This video is an example, and there are countless rules in Japan that cannot be expressed in words such as morals, manners and common sense as workers. I am Malaysian and now working ni Japan, I found this video very funny as 90% accurate 😂😂..
I have one interesting story for all.
In my office in japan there are about 5-6 room as each room can fit more than 15 staff. Only my room have Malaysian, 5 Malaysian and 8 Japanese. Other room no foreigners like us.
My boss in my room already know how our working culture as he just let us having chit chat, big voice while discussing and make noise while working as long as our work finished.
Sometimes I have to go to other room to discuss or submit job. I’d found that other room is very quite as this video shows. They also discuss with each other in very low volume voice.
But when they come to our room, they discuss with very high voice with each other. not like when they were in other room. I think that Japanese also doesn’t really like their working culture. And of course I enjoy them making noise in our room😂😂.

I'm working in a Japanese company in Malaysia. What I can say is most Japanese here loves how laid-back (not the 'lazy' kind, but the 'we do according to our pace' kind) we are when doing our work. As long as you finish your work on time and the quality is good, all is well. And snack is a must! My Japanese manager even provides it for our department 😂❤️

Imagine eating ramen in front of your boss while having a meeting lol

Japan working culture should learn to relax a little bit like Malaysia's, its good for physical and mental health, unlike black company.
    While,
Malaysia should learn to do optimum work performance like Japan's, as long you did your job splendidly, then overtime/punctuality should not be a huge issue.

And as long as we completed our hours 9hours daily (no fixed timing, earliest we can clock in at 7.30 and latest at 10) or we completed our work, we can go home at ease.
So yeah. I’m happy as everrrrrrr
