The Driver would be a hell of a merc in game. He offers a car that is off the net, and a driver with no mods. Old-school techniques to thwart future over-reliance on tech.
The Fixers laugh upon seeing a pure human with no cybernetics, until he unleashes his rage upon them...
Can they still even track someone without any chrome at all? I mean, everyone has at least a small port in their skull at bare minimum.

I don't know enough about editing to really praise you for all the details...
However, weaving together Evelyn's story and Drive's plot is such a good idea. There's some actual emotional weight here and I love it!
Seriously. Drive and Cyberpunk are a great obvious combo, but as soon as I saw Evelyn, I thought "oh shit, I didn't think of that, that's brilliant!"
Speaking of details, can we just appreciate for a moment what Eli is doing with the video formats? Drive (2011) in Anamorphic Widescreen (2.39:1, 24 FPS), while Mr. Bean (1990-95) was in PAL (4:3, 25 FPS. Well, kinda 4:3. But let's not get into details over how CRT screens and analog TV works)

@@hylianro no i have, i was commenting more on how i normally expect humor based on the creator's choice of work's they normally give us, but was stunned and shocked to see a more darker toned video from this creator.
while it isnt the first serious film he has chosen to sink a character into a different universe, they typically have a joke or two in them.
where as this one, it was all just a serious tone as it should be and it was neat.

Imagine if in this universe Ryan Gosling WAS actually the Driver. Just like how the Driver is a stunt man by morning this version of driver is an actor by morning.

Saw this video and decided to watch Drive. Man i missed out on a LOT, that movie is a masterpiece. Thanks to your amazing edits i managed to find that movie even though im almost 12 years late but better late than never.
Check out Nicolas Winding Refn's other films, too. One or two might be "boring" but all his movies take you on a journey to places you don't expect.

@@melc311 I'd say that Drive is one of the cringiest movies I've ever seen. The characters motivations and mental ability seem to be jumping around from scene to scene. Cyberpunk is okay, certainly not the shit show that Drive is. But don't worry "the soundtrack is amazing" so, 10/10.

All of your vids are awesome. Love this one as well! My favorite is still Mr. Bean, but not because of any technical stuff, just that his goofiness is such a weird contrast in the cyberpunk world.
Came back to this video after finishing the game, man poor Evelyn Parker, I know everyone got it ugly in Night City, but her suffering felt so slow and painful, and even though her end is not the best way, but one can imagine the metal torment she was going through.
This is immaculate. The masking you did must have taken a thousand years. Not to mention every lighting effect on top of matching it with the music. This must be heaven.
Drive set in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe would be actually so dope. Think about a car-chase in Night City where Ryan Gosling drive at full speed with NCPD on his tail while some Edgerunner's OST is playing on the radio. Damn...
