She had so much cooking stuff on the floor it seemed like it would be an obvious choice to create a small cooking area (like with the first loft/office makeover when y’all created a built in for the mini fridge). It would’ve given her fridge and cooking equipment a designated space and it could’ve slid in perfectly between the vanity and desk.
The ladder is cute but so impractical in a dorm room. I've just done my son's dorm room and granted he has a lot more stuff than she does seeing as she had to travel from Taiwan and we took 2 cars to move him in, but things that just lean like the mirror and the ladder are guaranteed to get knocked over.
Okay can I just say that I LOVE that you’re giving away your high quality DIYs? You guys do so many awesome diys it would be impossible and impractical to keep them all so I love that you give them a new home and they don’t end up in a land fill or unloved! GENIUS 👌🏻👌🏻

OMG this came in the perfect time!! I just moved to France and I got my first dorm room (a single room on top of that) and I really want to make super cozy! I would love if you guys could give more ideas for my dorm (i have a video showing the empty dorm) on how to make it cozy. I am definitely thinking of buying a big cozy rug but I am not sure yet. Loved the room!!

I would have loved to have seen a closet organization / storage ideas for inside her closet. My son's dorm room is exactly the same size and shape and I have his closet filled with bins of different things. If the closet had better organization I think he'd have more space in the rest of his room.
It would be awesome with a travel episode, full of useful DIYs where the main one would be to pimp a hard suitcase on wheels (since they are super expensive if they are anything but plain)!

That drying rack would have looked so much better with bent metal hooks instead of those plastic mini hangers. Or just spray pain the hangers with metallic paint. Missed opportunity.
Gemmer Snappie I agree but I don’t think it would have been very practical. If you hand up wet clothes with hooks, then your clothes will end up being misshapen. Maybe they should have included both hooks and hangers
