    Put in mixer,add little haldi.
    Some pink salt.
    Take in moderation during lunch and dinner.
    I tablespoon.

    Sir I’m taking grinded flaxseed, but it tastes bad. Am I using correct flaxseeds? Or it has a bad taste by default?

      The taste is not bad. It's fine. Do you grind all flax seeds in one go and then store them for future use? Or you grind them just before eating? If you store them after grinding, they may get degenerated easily. Use an airtight glass jar to store and keep in fridge. Otherwise grind freshly.

      Pahle roast,uske baad grind. Roasting se phytic acid ka effect km hota hai, isliye roasting important hain. Roast nhi karne par iron,zinc aur calcium ke absorption ko yah rokta hai. Raw alsi toxic bhi hota hai. Maine bachpan se apni dadi,mummy sabhi ko aise hi use karte dekha hai. Hmare yaha iski kheti hoti hai. Roast karne ke baad ise raw garlic ke cloves ke sath okhli mein kuta jata hai. Iski khusboo aur taste amazing hote hain. Mixi mein grind karne par wo taste nhi aata.

    सर मैं बिहार से हुं अलसी हमलोग परंपरा से ले रहे हैं और ये हमलोग सुखा भुनकर फिर उसका पाडर बनाकर रखते हैं और खाने इसमें अधिक मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर नयक हरी मिर्च मिलाकर चटनी के तौर पर लेते हैं बहुत अच्छा भी लगता है और फिर कटहल या कोहरा या लौकी की सब्जी में भी डालकर बिना मसाले की इसको बनाते हैं इस तरीके से लेना सही रहेगा
