Go to Harbin, Lanzhou, Xian or Urumqi, the cost of living in the these cities are way cheaper than Shanghai.

Yup, the cities could implement regulations to minimise incessant honking, loud music in public places, moped whizzing haphazardly on pedestrian pavement. These are the only things I dislike. Otherwise I'm fond of China.
