I got EAC banned month ago. There was an account with bans connected to my ip somehow so I got banned too.
Lukily it got solved and but still don't know how that did happen and it was really frustrating.
Never got a response by EAC. I got unbanned after talking with some Rust admin who whas kind enough to stay for more than an hour chatting with me about what happened. I still don't know how that admin managed to get me unbanned from EAC.

@@HPL2007 actually EAC is a big crap that has more false bans than actually catching cheaters. It can ban you if you have 2 different GPUs in your system for example.

To tell you something without revealing details; he uses the most well-known paid tool to spot alts. obviously takes advantage of plug-ins that auto ban you when fly hacking and so on. this is all I could say without specifics to be safe. 8/9 situations get resolved via those 2.

You should MLRS strike cheaters using the MLRS system and see how they react to any potential counters. Would give you a nice excuse to be near their base and would make them panic.
He can't because hoards of counters appearing just mean free 0.00001 instant kills for the cheater and 10 players losing their gearsets with no hope of recovery before grubs get them.
His job is to dispatch cheaters before they can do anymore damage, can't get the server involved until the cheater cannot affect the game anymore
