Howard's Cove Lighthouse

The Howard's Cove Lighthouse is located on the western shore of Prince county, Prince Edward Island. Built in 1978 it stands at only nineteen feet tall but has a focal plane of forty-six and a half feet as a result of being located on the cape behind the harbour. The coastguard in some of it's literature refers to this as the "Seal Point Lighthouse" but this is not how it is known to locals.
