I ordered the model above this on the hatchback 5 door on silver colour with all the extras added. I'm still waiting shipment and delivery to me in Australia. I chose this because I had 2 Corolla hatchbacks in the past and wanted something a little bigger and less boring this time around. The two circular air vents in the front remind me of my old Corolla which brings back some fond memories.

Standard features, idk about that. I have the brochure right in front of me. The EX actually comes equipped with a good amount of stuff but this thing doesnt even have a rear centre armrest or tire pressure monitor. Heck you dont even get any of the safety features unless you go EX.
Really hope the base Elantra would have fold down rear seat back too.
I have a 2021 Lx. Great Car. I upgraded to the factory 16inch alloys. The original 15inch are just too small and ugly on steel rims with wheel covers
I purchased a Kia Forte lxs in March 2023 pearl white I paid 26000 out the door excluded was plate an insurance now have two thousand miles on her happy so far gas mileage decent 73 mph lower get 40 mpg 74 up get 36 high way would recommend the forte still not broken in yet about 4000 will be broken in 4 stars out of five I looked at the civic Corolla they were 4000 more less options have a blessed day
26k was a bit too much for it but its still a nice car... I live in PR and I got that same one the LXS, red color though and it only costed me 25k, and mind you, I live in PR, cars here are usually around 3 to 4k more expensive than anywhere else! But still, pretty good, solid, reliable car! Hope yours last a long time!
Does this model have open roof?
I would tottaly buy this. Dont need all that fancy stuff that many cars have now days. For me this would be perfect, but I would throw on a set of alloy rims to spruce it up
Then youd get the LXS, comes with some nice 16 allow rims which actually look kinda nice!

The Factory doesn't offer a chrome door handle option so I have no comment on wait time. However you could probably find some options online.

No heated sits in my 2023 Kia Forte LXS
I have a 2023 RIO. Good luck doing better than that lol. The best of both worlds. 36/41 mpg respectively, and my 120 HP smokes Elantras and Fortes all the time lol. Not just that, but I believe that my RIO will outperform any entry level vehicle on the market. Not that I bought my RIO for racing, but still lol.

@@rlatkdgns162 rio really isnt much cheaper than forte if you go for S package. LX is pointless as you dont even have cruise control, so that alone would make difference over yrs in gas savings. Anybody who gets an LX rio is an idiot imho
You got the Rio cause you couldnt pay for the Elantra or the Forte huh? Its ok, we all find ways to justify our purchases!... You didnt make a bad purchase at all so dont need to sound all goofy trying to justify it, RIOs are pretty nice cars, simple... Cheap, get you from point a to point b... You dont need any of the tech crap cars nowadays have!
@@rogerayala6878 actually, you do. Atleast, with Kia/Hyundai it's a good idea to have push-button start at least for safety. Kia Connect & Hyundai's Bluelink are GPS trackers inside the car. I'd def opt for those options. Not sure if Honda/Toyota offers has in their newer cars or anybody else for that matter. Maybe BMW/Mercedes cause they cost 2 yrs of people salary brand new nearly. I do agree with you points about Rio. Good A to B car with cheap + tech package could give you decent resale value
Lol. Watch some reviews. The base model RIO out performs not only base model Fortes, but also most models of Versas
and Corollas. Please keep in mind that the RIO is a subcompact and its main competitor is the Mitsubishi Mirage, so yeah, we're punching way outside our weight class and getting some KO's. The RIO has 50 more HP than it's closest competitor lol. @@rogerayala6878

I've had my 2017 forte base model for 6 years and I've had one recall. The trunk wouldn't latch SMH. I'm keeping it for one more year then trade it for the '24 Elantra N or 24 mustang GT.

The forte is a hatchback too, they make both the sedan and the hatchback
