Loved your vlog, Suzi. Rottingdean is just the place I would love to live. As we get older and I am almost your age we do need familiarity. To go down the road on the beach and chat with people you know is amazing. We moved away 20 years ago to the seaside. Beautiful as it was I felt so sad as I didn't know anyone and we ended up coming home 3 years later. The other man's grass is always greener is so true. In my 70's when we don't have the commitments I would love to travel like your friend but sadly it is too late to sell my home and become a vanlifer. Love to the lovely Jack. xx

Stomp was in a little theater around the corner from me in NY for I think about 20 years. And I never went. Never thought about it even. In that little place I think the noise would have been overwhelming. Glad you enjoyed it.

It wasn’t very cold at all! Try it gently and slowly would be my advice. And maybe just start with cold showers, back of the neck included, starting with 30 seconds and building up, time and coldness! xx
