9 Years ago. I watched this video. Since this day, my life changed. I tried calisthenics the next day for the first time ever.
I never stopped. And looking at this video today makes me drop a tear... I'm proud of myself and glad to say that I can easily do every single exercise that you do in this video.

Around 7-8 years ago when I first watched this video, it seemed amazing yet I didn't know a thing about calisthenics.
As of 2022 I'm a beginner in calisthenics doing super basic exercises, improving on my own way and pace and I can safely say now that this looks yet more impressive.
The moves executed by Mr. Medrano are simply impossible for someone with my fitness level and they are still absolutely dangerous for some more fit because it's not just about the strength, you actually need the muscle awareness to execute the correct form otherwise you will just end up injured.
Thank you for being such an inspiration Mr. Medrano.

Ben Zonic I didn't say he can't be "incredible" he's just not that strong. He's in great shape I'm sure, but he probably can't even deadlift more than his own bodyweight. To me that shows weakness.
There's different types of strength. No bodybulider can do what he does

Training relative strength and conditioning is much more effective than absolute strength. A body builder would not come close to being able to manipulate his body weight this well. Very amazing Frank! I was awed and inspired. Thanks.

This was one of the first videos are saw when I was trying to stop a pain killer addiction and ur videos were the first inspiration to start training progressive calisthenics and now In 5 months I went from struggling my first three push ups now I can do hundreds in multiple sets with ease. Now I'm working on the planch and tiger bend. I just want to thank you for the insperation. Gob bless you and your family frank...
